Looking for something fun to do with the family? Come and check us out. Just call to make reservations ahead. We need to know the day, time you will arrive, the amount of time you will stay and how many people. We accept only one booking of people at a time. We accept individuals, families, family gatherings, birthday parties, day cares, group homes. Place to Paws is a great place for good old fashioned, uncommercialized fun. Along with our small petting zoo, we have a park area, games, a short walking trail, a tree house and a large sand box. We also have picnicing/fire pit area for your weiner roasting plrasure. So pack a lunch or supper and come and grab some quality country farm time. We take reservations ONLY please! Petting Zoo Rate: By donation. We require a ratio of one adult to every 5 children. We are open for day visits from May 1 to about September/October depending on weather. Average visiting time seems to be about 2-3 hours depending whether you bring a meal or not. We also have one out-house facilty with a washing station.   Place To Paws Petting Zoo's main objective is to provide a safe, clean, fun environment for people and animals to interact. We allow only one group of visitors at a time in the Place To Paws Petting Zoo. This keeps the animals enjoying the attention they get from people. The animals are not so stressed and much more enjoyable to be around. The whole time you are with the animals, we are always in the pen close at hand to monitor the interaction and make sure it is a positive experience. The animals we have are: goats, rats, ferret, cats, chickens, ducks, peacocksand horses. If the weather and safety permit we also do led horse rides (riding helmet providied by us and must be worn).
